Alma 22: 23

Writer's picture: Brother UreBrother Ure

23 Now this was done in the presence of the queen and many of the servants. And when they saw it they greatly marveled, and began to fear. And the king stood forth, and began to minister unto them. And he did minister unto them, insomuch that his whole household were converted unto the Lord.

What an amazing story! It’s too bad we don’t have the details about how the conversion of his whole household came to pass. But it was a miracle!

And who are those of the king’s household? What does that mean? I assume it meant the king’s family who then lives with him, and all of his servants that also lived in his home— I assume like into a wealthy person with butlers and maids and so forth. All of them were converted to the Lord! Absolutely amazing and miraculous conversion story!
