Alma 23: 14-15

14 And the Amalekites were not converted, save only one; neither were any of the Amulonites; but they did harden their hearts, and also the hearts of the Lamanites in that part of the land wheresoever they dwelt, yea, and all their villages and all their cities.

15 Therefore, we have named all the cities of the Lamanites in which they did repent and come to the knowledge of the truth, and were converted.

Very sad that they hardened their hearts so. But wonderful that so many people in so many cities did! I wonder what percentage of the cities were converted. And I wonder how many Lamanite cities total were converted. At this point in their history I can’t imagine these were all of the cities of the Lamanites throughout the entire land.

After all, it’s now been more than 500 years since they came to the Promised land. Certainly enough time to spread across the whole land. Perhaps their “lands” or “cities” encompassed massive tracts of land? I do not know.
